Gromov, Mikhail, PhD.

Dr. Mikhail D. Gromov is the Assistant Professor of Literature at the United States International University in Nairobi since 2005, teaching European, African and world literature and literary theory. Before joining USIU-Africa, Dr. Gromov was an Associate Professor at Moscow University, 1992 – 2002, and a researcher and temporary lecturer at the University of Nairobi (Department of Literature) in 2003-2004. He published a number of works on modern Swahili literature, participated in international conferences in Europe and Africa.
